Amy at the Angel Awards

Sorry these took me a couple days to get up. I was waiting on HQ versions to come through and I think it was worth the wait as Amy looks absolutely amazing! Her hair is styled a little differently and it looks like she’s gone to a darker shade of red.  More photos might be coming (still waiting to see if I can get them untagged) so keep checking back.

Possible Amy appearance tonight!

Project Angel Food is holding their annual Angel Awards tonight (August 21st) and I just received word that Amy is supposedly scheduled to present Paramount Pictures with an award. I can find no official confirmation on the site or in any Google news alerts so this may just be a rumor. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that it isn’t and that I’ll have some new Amy photos to post very soon.

Recent gallery additions

One again, I’ve been adding a few pics here and there to the gallery. Additions from the last couple days include two behind the scenes photos (including one super rare) from Junebug and some new images added to a couple photoshoots. Today I’ve added a photo from another Junebug press conference, a couple photos from the Paris press junket for Doubt, and a site exclusive! Back in December 2008, Amy and John Patrick Shanley took part in a panel dicussion about the film Doubt at The Apple Store in Soho. Photos from this are extremely difficult to find but I managed to find and add a small selection for us Amy fans. Enjoy!

New(old) event and 2010 event photo updates

Back in October of last year Amy co-hosted the Rape Treatment Center’s annual brunch along with her Night at the Museum co-star Ben Stiller. Photos from this event were extremely difficult to find but I managed to get a few low quality and a few medium quality images. Also added to the gallery are over 150 new to the site photos from Amy’s appearances at this year’s Golden Globe Awards and the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Mike Nichols AFI Salute Official Press Release

Another press release for the upcoming AFI Life Achievement Award to Mike Nichols has been released. From this latest one, it looks like Amy will not be in attendance after all. I will check my sources the day of the taping just in case though. A new Amy event would be awesome!

Amy to salute Mike Nichols

The American Film Institute and TV Land will give them to you when the AFI salutes director Mike Nichols with its Life Achievement Award. The event tapes June 10; it premieres at 9 p.m. June 27 on TV Land.

The AFI announced that 25 performers had committed to take part in honoring Nichols: Amy Adams, Warren Beatty, Annette Bening, Candice Bergen, Cher, Nora Ephron, Harrison Ford, Whoopi Goldberg, Tom Hanks, Dustin Hoffman, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Shirley MacLaine, Steve Martin, Elaine May, Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, Mary-Louise Parker, Natalie Portman, Robert Redford, Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep, Elizabeth Taylor, Emma Thompson, Sigourney Weaver and Robin Williams.

Vanity Fair Oscar Party photo coverage

My apologies for taking so long to update with these photos. Finals are next week and school has been keeping me quite busy. Vanity Fair Oscar Party – first pic!

After several weeks of no public appearances, it looks like Amy was at tonight’s Vanity Fair Oscar Party. She looked ravishing (and very, very pregnant) in a sapphire blue gown. I’ve included one teaser pic in this post but more pics will be added tomorrow so keep checking back.

If anyone knows who designed the gown or any other information about her wardrobe/jewels tonight, please let us know.

Golden Globes Media

One final note, this will be my final update for Enchanting. I still totally love and adore Amy and it has been a joy to work with Lisa on the site. However real life must come first and I do not have the time to devote to the site that it deserves. I know Lisa will do a wonderful job at keeping you all up to date on everything Amy.

Golden Globes photos
