As I’m sure you’re all aware, Amy news is (understandably) very slow right now. Rest assured that I do check at least twice a day for any new developments and will post them right away if I find anything. In the meantime, I’ve been working on a small little tribute site to a fresh young actress named Brittany Robertson. She’s been acting for several years but has only just really hit my radar with her performance in the new CW show Life Unexpected. While she may not be able to buy Heidi Klum’s maternity designs yet, that isn’t stopping Amy Adams from looking fabulous during her pregnancy, thanks to designer Carolina Herrera! InStyle.com reports that the designer is reworking pieces from her current collections to create a custom-made wardrobe for the lucky mom-to-be. The Leap Year star tells InStyle.com that “They made my clothes for the entire press tour. They’re amazing. They did such a great job.” And the actress is wasting no time debuting her new sophisticated maternity pieces. On Jan. 4, Amy wore an aqua wool crepe dress for an appearance on Good Morning America. One day later, she stylishly stepped out in a gray mélange belted coat with red satin trim paired with a silk mulberry dress for a taping of The Late Show with David Letterman. Last night, the Leap Year star looked ravishing in a ‘lava red’ silk georgette dress at the movie’s premiere. What a fashionable baby bump!

A few months ago, I made a post requesting some assistance with raising funds so I could be a part of the International Scholar Laureate Program’s delegation.  Since making that original post, I have decided that I will be going to China.  The trip is 11 days long and will be an amazing opportunity.  Thanks to family, friends, a couple local businesses, and the very kind donations of a few of my loyal visitors – I’ve been able to raise nearly enough money to go.  The final payment of the $5260 needed is due a week from now and thanks to an unfortunate issue with my water heater, I am just over $200 short.  So I am once again putting the request for help out there.  If you can donate, even a very small amount, please send me an email at fansites@hotmail.com  Every little bit will help!

While not directly related to Amy as she doesn’t sing on it, I figured some of you may be interested in information about the Sunshine Cleaning soundtrack.  According to this source, the CD releases tomorrow and features a score by Michael Penn.  You can view the full track list after the cut.

Another interesting tidbit from the same source states:

“Sunshine Cleaning” stars Amy Adams, Emily Blunt, Alan Arkin, Steve Vaughn and comes out in limited release this Friday March 13 via Overture Films. Our screening is tonight.
